My practice integrates conventional and holistic (i.e. complementary-alternative) medicine in treatment of:

- Adult Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADD/ADHD).
- Women’s Mental Health

90 min appointment to go over your medical/mental health history.
Often conducted in two visits: 90 min initial evaluation and 50 min follow up evaluation visit to which a spouse or family member can be invited. We ask you to fill our several questionnaires and if available, bring copies of any prior neuropsychological or psychiatric evaluations.
Follow up appointments:
50 min (Further evaluation, psychotherapy or family/spouse session)
30 min (Focus on medications or herbs/supplements management)
PAYMENTS AND INSURANCE
Please call our office for current fees schedule. Please note that in order to provide quality care our office is not part of insurance networks and payment is due at the time of the visit. After the payment is made, we provide you with a service /payment receipt (i.e. superbill) which you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement. Please check with your individual insurance provider regarding reimbursement rates available to you. If there is financial hardship, reduced fee may be available—please inquire with our office with specifics of your situation.
We require at least 24 hrs (or one business day) notice to change or cancel your appointment. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hr notice will be charged a full fee. To notify us of appointment change or cancellation in a timely manner, please leave a phone message at our office.
